Sanja Cvetnić

Sanja Cvetnić (Zagreb, 1961) is Professor of Renaissance and Baroque Art at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. Studied in Zagreb, Bologna and Rochester, NY. As a visiting professor lectured at the University of Sarajevo (2005-2008), Ca’ Foscari in Venice (2014/2015), and at the Catholic Faculty of Theology in Zagreb (from 2019).

Main topics of research and publications: the Seicento and Settecento painting, migration and transformations of images in contemporary art.
